JNES e-Learning Site for Nuclear Safety Regulators

This site is intended to provide would-be regulators in the emerging nuclear power countries with an easy to understand textbooks on the practices of nuclear safety regulation.
The major functions of safety regulation are licensing, inspection and enforcement. In what follows the following aspects are addressed:
In Chapter I  : Licensing, inspection, enforcement and emergency preparedness and response are outlined focusing on the Japanese nuclear safety regulatory system.
